Sub do you want to attempt to climb up the pile it stands on or throw daggers? You see it picking up what appears to be a heavy chest full of something (glass bottles or pottery) and getting ready to toss it.

Subdolus puts his faith in his agility and heads up the pile after the beast.

Subdolus scales the pile of furniture and reaches the foot of the gargantuan but it takes the entire round.
Tiberious hits iwth his dagger doing 5 pts damage (rolling a 18).
Ermanaric charges the werewolf and hits with a 12 (plus bonuses) and delivers a devistating blow chopping the creatures arm off. It falls dead transforming back into the grey haired man seen earlier. Looking over the group sees the wereboar is now a dead snout faced bulging eyed fellow of about 45.
Zargon do you wish to fire arrows at the Gorilla or charge with your sword (he'll be out of reach). Same goes for Calhagan (in your armor you think scaling the pile of debree out of the question.
Smythus casts a spell on himself, Ruinbottle moves around the backside of the pile and HIS 14% to cut off a possible escape route. Miles chops off the head of the werewolf, just in case he's playing dead.
What does Cadellen wish to do, the beast seems to be considering you as a primary target (as well as Smythus who is next to you).

Calhagn will move to finish off the ettin. OOC: Would that be the same one that lost a head and dropped dead on the last page? ;D

Calhagn will move to finish off the ettin. OOC: Would that be the same one that lost a head and dropped dead on the last page? ;D OOC: Oh, so look who knows so much. I'll have you know that there's all dead, and then there's mostly dead. How do you know the singly be-headed ettin isn't just mostly dead? *ahem* Yeah, sorry. I missed that. I remembered the wereboar going down, but not the ettin. Seeing the dead ettin, Calhagn will ready his bow to fire upon the gorilla, but only if it's not in melee.

OOC: Where's P&P? I suppose I should NPC him, but its kind a critical to know what he's going to do. So what do you guys think that Yellow Wizard would do, he could cast a spell or jump for cover (and the gorilla is looking his way). One hit could kill him (as he's down to like 5).

Cover sounds good, unless he's still got Slow and feeling very lucky.

OK, Cadellin, in a move for self preservation dives behind another stack of furniture across the way! 4 arrows go flying at the giant ape, both of Zargons hit, and one of Cals (for a total of 13). Initiative: Monster 6 group 4. The beast looks in panic, suddenly the magician is out of range and incredibly the powerful cleric Smythus is forgotten and disappears (good ol' sanctuary ), the creature looks for the nearest target and tosses the heavy chest straight down on Subdolus just feet away, hitting with a 18! The half elf takes 25 pts of crushing damage as the furniture and its contents explode onto him...he is blown off the "hill" 15 feet back, with but 5 HPs remaining starts crawling to get up. The creature beats its chest screaming and picks up the rotting remnants of a couch, rats falling from its innards, it looks to be searching for a new target. Counter: I'll assume all 3 fighters will fire arrows. 4 of the 6 hit doing a total of 15 pts damage. Tiberious throws his magical dagger and a normal one but both miss. Ruinbottle stays hidden, fearful of trying to move closer just yet. Sogathan runs over to Subdolus and casts a heal for 7 pts (your now at 12). Sogathan hits Cadellin for 5 more bringing him to 10. Cadellin seeing the beast is about to throw another huge piece of furniture toward the fighters, or possibly Subdolus (which would likely kill him if he hit) pulls out his wand of lightning and fires! The room suddenly smells of ozone and then lights up bright blue with a loud thunderclap a blinding flash of greenish blue lightning flys up to the top of the pile directly at the gorilla, (who roles a 3 to save) hitting it squarely in the chest and blowing the entire top third of the pile across the room. The beast lands with a thud on the other side of the now smouldering pile (wear Ruinbottle lays in wait) its fur smoking, cape aflame and barely crawling it seems to be booking for the door. (OOC wand charges adjusted). Ruinbottle in position pounces on the beast as it passes, surprising for a back stab doing 12 points of damage! The beast roles a 4 Group a 1. The beast, in no mood for games reaches back and grabs Ruinbottle and rips him for 12 pts of damage (his second hand missing) and then he bites him for 10 more throwing his body to the side and running. Ruinbottle lies in a pool of blood unconscious and bleeding to death. Subdolus is back on his feet, he and Tiberious are first around the corner (as they are not slowed by armor). You see Ruinbottle needing immediate help, but you also see the back of the gorilla 30 feet ahead about to dodge behind some furniture. The fighters are close behind. Do you wish to stop and help the halfling, or persue, or throw weapons at its back?

Knowing the beast is badly wounded and not wanting it to escape Subdolus throws two daggers at it. As he lets loose with the dagger he yells out to the wizard, "If you can cast those glowing arrows of yours now would be a good time."

Subdolus throws both daggers but they fly to high (3, 4) wizzing over the creatures head. Tiberious (I'll assume) follows your lead and throws 2 daggers as well. Incredibly only 1 hits as well but for max damage at least. Cadellin, though badly smashed up comes limping around the corner just before the fighters. The target now 50 feet away the magician fires 3 magic missiles at the creatures back for 11 more points of damage. By the time the fighters clear the corner the beast is out of site, but you can hear it moving as it nocks rubbish over. Sogathan reaches Ruinbottle first (who's at -7) and heals him for 3. Smythus heals himself for 6 more (thinking it more important as a cleric he stay up...as the group has plenty of thieves). Miles runs over to the halfling and puts his hand on his side healing him for 6 more points and the little fellow opens his eyes. "Glad your still with us" smiles the gnome to the x-cook.
What do the fighters wish to do, you see the giant gorilla's foot and burning cape just disappear around a corner 60 feet up. Do you wish to persue it (though it clearly moves quicker then you) or stay with the group. Tiberious could keep up with the beast likely, do you wish to do so (that would mean leaving behind everyone else and going it alone, though Subdolus and Cadellin could follow somewhat close behind). There also seems to be a good sized blood trail and smoke from its burning hair (thanks to Cadellins lightning spell).

Subdolus draws his scimitar and takes chase. While sprinting after the beast he will concentrate on using his weapons healing ability.
