Subdolus grins and looks to Tiberious, "Wouldn't this be a good time for an invisible flight?"

Good enough. The party leave the two scum to their watery graves (listening to their screams for another 10 minutes) and head back to the inbankment. The group continues to watch until 3AM when the festivities seem well ended on the distant craft (no noise, and a fire that seems to have burnt mostly out). Tiberious agrees to go first flying out invisible to silence any guards and then signal the group to head out (He says he'll shine a light above the boat when your to head out in your own craft.
Tiberious see your PM.
About 10 minutes later you see a light above the vessel as he described and quickly you head out into the open water in your own craft toward the pirate boat. The breakers are no trouble in this fine dorey, and In about five minutes you reach the double masted ship. Subdolus crawls up the side first using his rope. When he reaches the deck he sees 2 dead guards on each side of the vessle, their spilt blood still dimly glowing with your infravision(it seems the monk did his work well enough). Also you notice blood dripping from atop the mast where an elf had been on lookout.
"Pisst" you see Tiberious step out of a dark shadow his cloak making him near impossible to see. He puts his hand across his neck and then points to the deck where 30 plus pirates and another dozen hoars sleep drunk. Half of them appear to be red haired picks in savage clothing the other run of the mill pirate scum. You don't think you see the huge bulking figure that is their captain. However, there still is the hold (with 2 trap doors leading to it both open) and an enclosed quarters below the steering deck (about 20x10 room). A single door leads into this room and all windows have shutters closed.
What actions do everyone take. Sog wispers he could cast a silence spell if the group wishes. Right now only the two scouts are onboard. Let me know who has on their armor

"I think a silence spell on the group below would be most helpful. A couple stealthy people with some well placed dagger strokes could eliminate most of the enemy. A few archers wouldn't hurt either."

The group moves within the silence area slowly slitting throats while others let loose with bows. Within a few minutes everyone on deck is dead (no one woke by chance). Their are 2 large barrels of strong ale half empty, open sacks of Succumee (a kind of hasheesh smoked) and various assortments of fungi and plant drugs in tote bags and small boxes. A quick search by the group finds 1500 GPs of jewelery and coin. The fire is but coals now but a stack of firewood near by could be used to spruce it back up.
The spell runs out before the group has time to check below deck or the captains quarters. Subdolus and TIberious head down into the stinking hot hold and find 4 guards sitting and talking against the mast and some sacks of wheat (these appear sober) watching 55 prisoners chained up and laid out (a slaver boat if you've ever seen one). Of that number 10 are near death, and another 4 are found dead and wrapped to be thrown overboard. The hold is illuminated by 3 dim lanterns. It holds about 3 months of food in dry goods, 20 barrels of fresh water, 20 barrels of ale (marked from Grime), a small armory with well over 50 swords, shields, spears, bows etc (everyone will be able to load up on long bow arrows), 2 barrels of oil (10 flasks worth each), 20 flasks of oil made into bombs with wicks ready to be lit, an extra sale several pigs, a milk cow and many chickens in a roost.
After silently dispensing with the guards (winning 2 segments of surprise, and Subdolus winning backstab, the scum don't stand a chance) the 2 scouts head back up to the deck rejoining the group and informing them of what they saw. Do you wish to free any of the slaves. They seemed very out of it.
Also what do you want to do about the captains quarters. No entrance was spotted below it from the hold (if there was one it may be secret and missed by the 2 scouts).

Tiberious suggest we take out the captain and his pals before freeing any of the slaves. The monk thinks a spy or two may be planted with the regular slave.
Perhaps we should simply lay in wait above decks and kill whoever comes from below decks.

Does the group agree with Tiberious and agree to wait and hide until the cabin door opens or someone comes out from below deck (to perhaps surprise attack), or do you want to take the offensive and enter the captains quarters now? I'll give till tomarrow to voice an opinion, if no one speaks up I'll assume its a go with that plan.
Oh, and what do you do with the dead bodies on deck, 36 in all?

"I agree it would be better not to charge into the captain's quarters. What do the rest of you think about several of us taking cover while the slaves begin to escape and someone yells an alarm. If one or two of us let the slaves free and tell them to make a break now or stay on board and die I think we would instill much chaos and we could surely be overlooked in the process. As for the bodies, we can use them for chum later."

Sounds like as good of a plan as any. Ermanaric will take a spot and ready his sword so as to rush up and skewer the unsuspecting.

The group takes up positions hidden behind boxes, barrels rigging and mast. Tiberious hides below deck prepared for anyone coming that way. Subdolus releases the slaves one by one checking each for weapons or anything suspicious (heeding Tiberious warnings). No obvious spys are found and all released and held below deck (while Sub hides near captains quarters. Once the group is in position the prisoners are forced to run on deck and start yelling while a warning bell is wrong by one of the fighters and others start screaming in gruff voices "Prisoner escape"!!!
30 seconds later a slide is opened on the door where eyes can be seen peering out. Then another 30 seconds and the the door to the captains quarters opens first admitting a bellow of thick white smoke (obviously drugs by the smell). This is followed by two negros of the deep southern jungles, raging wide eyes and white sparkling teeth, their bodies strong and muscular. They carry razor sharp machettee like chopping knives in each hand and immediatly start cutting into the prisoners dropping them as they go lke flies (3 go down in the first round). Behind these 2 still inside the dark quarters are the 4 images of a bald fat ratty fellow squatting down holding a staff. Holding forth his hand the bald fellow makes some motions and 10 of the prisoners drop to the deck asleep. Subdolus hears a trap door open up from above the quarters and then someone walking on the pilot house above. When he looks up he sees no one but suspects an invisible person stands and watches, shifting weight evident.
Below decks Tiberious sees a secret door drop open from below, and then hears some one drop to the ground. Though he can't see anyone, he hears female chanting, perhaps a spell or prayer. He suspects someone invisible stands 15 feet away and is uncertain if they are aware of him.
What does the group wish to do? You could target the fat bald MU, the 2 black savages, or you could go after the invisible targets (one below deck and one above) assuming your aware of them.

Ermanaric will jump at the chance to hit the fat bald MU and throws a dagger at one of the images.

Calhagn follows Erm's lead, throwing daggers at another fat, bald MU image.

When you step out from behind your hiding places, your still somehow missed in all the confusion by the savages. 4 daggers are hurled at the fat magic user, 2 hit (while the other 2 bounce off a shield spell) Two images disappear. The real one is still undamaged.
What about the others?
