Wow! Had to check no save. The clam disappears into its new form below the water. And Zargon is pulled to his feet gasping for air and badly crushed...seconds away from being pulled into the wall of mud inside the clams gullet and lost possibly forever.
Tiberious hits once blind fighting the Blindheim and cuts off its arm killing it. A few bullywogs moving around run and hide below the water. You think from the movement there may be three or four more around, possibly heading back to the island. All present enemy are gone and combat is over. Sogathan hits Cal for 7 pts and is out of healing spells.
What does the group wish to do? You could move over the wall and head up to the raised platform. Push the attack to the remaining blindheim, retreat out of the room back up the stairs or anything else you desire.

Wow! Had to check no save. OOC: Where did you find "no save"? I thought a save negated the effects of the spell?

Looking at the current condition of the party Subdolus recommends they back track and recover a bit before proceeding.

OOC: I just skimmed it, I'll go back and look later. Here's the save just incase it does require a save role (which could change everything). Drum role please: 10. So it fails anyway. P&P, you remember how this spell works regarding save (poly
The group heads back up the stairs and consider heading back out to the cave, but discover the heavy door Tiberious had blocked with a large stone closed and locked. No locking device is found on this side either. If you remember their was a sink hole in the spider chamber, you could get out that way. Normally this would be extremely difficult, maybe impossible, but you have a member that can fly so possibly no sweat.
You could even head back to that little village.

Yeah, the target gets a saving throw if unwilling.

Actually, Zargon and Cal both will need to rest before attempting a climb out. Where do you wish to rest.

Your vision eventually returns. How do you wish to post guards? (Sog and Cadellin both could rest for spells, Cal and Zargon are both able to guard and fight, just not climb).

I'll assume first 4 hour watch is Cal, Ermanaric, Subdolus. Its night and dark (overcast most likely).
Near the end of Ermanarics guard duty (about 2 AM) you hear the sound of movement from above as if someone were moving around, seconds later crying perhaps a man....something warm and sticky hits Ermanarics arm, dust falls down around his position, as do bits of rock causing the fighter to warn the group and to step back and raise his cross bow drawn and prepared to fire. Subdolus sees a heat signature moving back and forth in the air above Ermanaric's position (about 30 feet up from Erm and directly below the hole in the ceiling that leads out).
The group gathers around quickly and a bulls eye is pointed up. A human body dangles from an odd blackish rope, the figure is struggling. You recognize the man, it is the same one that guided you from the city, but with a look of utter horror on his face. His eyes are wide and look down toward the party pleading for help.
Looking at sheep herders arms you see they end at his elbows, the rest chopped off. Each are tied off with strips of cloth preventing him from bleeding to death, only a small amount of blood drips from each end. his body swings like a pendulum back and forth, like a circus performer performing some sick stunt. Does the group wish to do anything. "H...h...help...p.." "H...h...help..." your former guide wispers.
