To answer those three questions in order:- Yes, not until you're higher level, and yes.

Who's wounded the most? I've lost 5 hps and am down to 2, Gorthack has suffered 4, Melora 3, and Krago 2, am I correct? I am going to use a healing spell next round, so I was wondering who should get it.

Melora's only suffered 2 points, but otherwise you are correct.
You and Melora would be the closest to zero.

We need to find some loot and fast, another week in the keep is going to bust us. Maybe the frogs have an underwater lair made of gold and platinum laden with jewels and magic weapons!

WIll the frogs swallow fallen members? Do I need to heal Krago first? Or should I heal Darian who is hurt the most and still standing?

If you bring Krago up in one heal, he can kick ninja ass. He's useless down. SKA might not get hit again, he may luck out.

As soon as we get enough money we need to go back to the Keep and either hire some men-at-arms (preferably 3 or 4) and/or recruit some additional players. We're down two players from when we started this (Abner and Poppy), both fighters, and our lack of offensive punch is painfully obvious in this encounter with the frogs (frogs fer cryin' out loud!). If these were orcs, or heavens forfend hobgoblins or gnolls, we were facing now I'm pretty sure we'd all be dead. Melora still has (I believe) 19 g.p. remaining from her starting money, we've found 2 g.p. and The Master mentioned that we saw more coins glittering at the bottom of the pool before the frogs attacked, and perhaps we can sell some of the bronze weaponry from the armory (or use it to arm men-at-arms instead of buying them 'new' gear?). I don't think that's enough to hire any men-at-arms yet (well, maybe one, but one man-at-arms ain't worth a whole lot), but as soon as we've got a total of, say, 50+ g.p. that should become our top priority. We definitely shouldn't head back to the Caves until we've got more firepower.

This mini-dungeon seems, so far, to be full of things which aren't intelligent, don't react to our presence in a co-ordinated fashion, and are widely-spaced from one another. It's a good place to hone our skills and party.
As well as men-at-arms, we need to use Finrod more intelligently. He's got one dog at the moment; we need to make that about seven.

Finrod is limited to 2 HD per level for animal friendship. So, not much more then a dog probably, possibly a wild boar or something like that, but then we would loose the dog (which has been trained to follow a few commands like track).
I might be wrong, but don't "men at arms" and NPCs in general have a tendency to run, and double cross (once were weak they attack us and take all the goodies for themselves. The point I'm making is that it will be risky either way.
If we had won initiative with these frogs Melora could have taken the majority out with sleep (rather then just one). I can memorize a couple faerie fire and spk with animals for inside. I don't think Entangle works with mold or fungus so that won't be any help in here.
Is anyone down to the point were they need to rest an entire week before they're back to normal?
