Zargon is held only for that extra attack sequence and then breaks free. You also manage to pull your sword free (rolling a 20 save)

Zargon will do his best to find a spot to attack the gobbler that isn't covered with goo.

This thing isn't the gobbler (that was that floating creature with 5 mouths which was finished off last round), this is some sort of devil or demon (Sogathan thinks).

Calhagn will drink a portion of his extra-healing potion and offer a swig to Fletcher as well.

Fletcher has his own healing poitions. He will take a swig and call for some healing spells. Hopefully he will be able to heal enough in a few rounds so that he can help if need be.

Calhagn heals for 12 pts, Fletcher (with 1 swig) heals for 5.
I'll assume Subdolus attacks with his remaining magical weapon and Sog heals.
Subdolus hits with a 18! And does 5 pts damage. Sogathan hits Fletcher for another 8! (the gods are happy it seems).
Initiative: monster 3, players 2 (post your actions) (OOC: Stranger, Stubdolus can either attack with his scimitar or go for his magical dagger still stuck to the things body; also does he have another magical dagger?)

How many applications does fletcher's potion have. If there are more, he will take another swig. He will also ask for another healing spell if possible.
OCC: Currently at 14 hit points.

OOC: My bad Mistere, only 1 swig per potion (but you have 2 more regular healing potions for 1-8 if you want to drink one of those). Just realized the monster won initiative, so it will go first. Instead of attacking with its claws and mouth the creature points its hands (palms up and its 3 spidery clawed fingers spread) toward Zargon mumbling something. Suddenly the fighter looses 11 pts of strength (save throw 5 ouch!) causing him to wobble a bit and lower his sword and shield momentarily from its new relative weight (your now down to a 4 strength ). Now the group can go.

If there's an opening to do so, and with raised shield and deadly sword,Calhagn will charge the devilish creature. If it's too crowded round the creature, then Calhagn will wait for an opening if anyone needs to drop back.

Fletcher drinks his second healing potion and heals 8pts of damage!
Calhagn charges forward with his magical glowing bastard sword, swinging with mad fury he chops deep into the chest of this fish headed fiend doing 12 pts of damage (his weapon doesn't get stuck).
Tiberious hangs back andthrows his magical axes of returning again doing 9 pts damage, but this time one of his axes gets stuck in the thick amber glue covering its body. You can sense your axe is attempting to pull free but you (or someone) will need to pull it out by hand.
OOC: I'm going to assume the rest of the group continues what they did last time:
Sogathan reaches out and heals Fletcher for 6. Subdolus attacks with skimitar and dagger (holding on tighter this time). Incredibly both hit the agile creature (19,19) and together inflict 9 pts damage. Ermaneric swings (roles a natural 20) and does 9 pts damage.
Zargon is too weak to wield a weapon (having trouble moving in his normal equipment). Do you wish to do anything?
Initiative: monster 1, you 5 (you guys are up).

Fletcher will ask for another heal. One more and he should be good to fight again if need be.
